New Semester and New Opportunity
What creates hope more than a clean slate?
As Christians grace and redemption are crucial; they give us hope. Hope is also given to college students each new semester as opportunites come with new professors, a new schedule, even a new syllabus can be refreshing.
Also, new semesters bring new students, new friends, new perspective. So this semester enjoy the fresh start and work hard!!!

Learning the Ropes: Montgomery Advertiser

What a week! It has been an amazing week of relationship building, good learning, and some hard work. This is one picture of our group at the ropes course taken by the Montgomery Advertiser. I think it will be a wonderful weekend of rest before a busy Monday.
Blessings as the 2008-2009 school year begins!!!

Welcome
You have found your way to the Student Success Blog, and it will be a great tool to see what is going on at Faulkner University.
I am currently anticipating the arival of more and more students to Faulkner University. The summer at Faulkner has been quiet and peaceful, but the energy that new and old college students is of such encouragement to the faculty and staff at Faulkner.
This Saturday, August 9th, 2008 new students arrive. It will undoubtedly be an exciting, yet bittersweet, time for parents and students. Move-in day begins our Freshmen Experience week: a week of relationship building, a trip to the ropes course, pizza and a movie, dinner and show at the Faulkner Dinner Theatre, and finally a luau. An Alabama luau sounds like a great end to the perfect week. So welcome to Faulkner.
